Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if you cancel before work begins.
• After work begins, completed or committed work is non-refundable.
• Unused / unperformed scope may be refunded or credited based on remaining unperformed work.
• Third-party fees already incurred are non-refundable.

Details

“Work begins” means VendorLaunch staff have started paid-scope activity on your engagement (for example review, preparation, drafting, portal work, research, or other committed package work).

If you cancel after work begins, Absolute Promotional, LLC will determine any refund or credit from the unused portion of the purchased scope only. Amounts attributable to completed or committed work are not refunded.

Fees paid to third parties (government, portals, filing agents, or other vendors) that have already been incurred are not refundable through VendorLaunch.

Refunds, when owed, are returned through the original payment method when practicable (for example Stripe card payments). Processing times follow the payment provider and your financial institution.
